The Internal Accident Prevention Commission (CIPA), foreseen by Brazilian legislation (article 163 of the Consolidation of Labor Laws), is formed by the election of workers and representatives of the company, who share routine functions with voluntary work for the prevention and maintenance of Occupational Safety Job.
The main objective of CIPA is to inspect and ascertain, in the workplace, the risks to people's health and safety. It is a committee that must request, plan, implement, guide and maintain preventive measures that eliminate or reduce the risks of accidents at work, with the encouragement of the formation of a culture of work safety. We consider CIPA's activities fundamental to guarantee the safety and quality of life of our team.
